Do your hands cramp up and hurt after you have been knitting, crocheting, felting, making jewelry or any other repetitive motion?
Here is a little trick I learned that will help prevent hand cramps and pain.
Just take a full sheet of the newspaper and crunch it up using only one hand. No cheating with the other hand or rolling it on an other surface.
Repeat with the other hand. Do a couple of these a day and you will see amazing results.
I learned this technique while I was knitting these cute little baby booties.
One little caution. Obviously you won’t do this is you have a condition that would result in more pain by exercising your hand.
